• Silverside of Local roast Beef served with roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding
• Roast Pork served with crackling, roast potatoes, sage and apricot stuffing and apple sauce
• Roast turkey served with apricot stuffing, sausage and cranberry sauce
• Grilled Sea Bass fillet with a pine nut and herb gratin served with a lemon butter
• Salmon fillet served with a hollandaise sauce
• Tomato and mozzarella filo pastry tart
• Sauteed mushrooms with caramelised shallots, chick peas and walnuts with a hint of sherry topped with crunchy sage, onion and walnut crumble
