Victorian architects designed their country houses so that every room was totally self contained with virtually no sound whatsoever travelling from one to another. T his has made Mellington Hall country house hotel Wales an ideal twenty first century conference venue .   Speakers can talk using a full PA system with video and their words will only be heard by the delegates in the same room. This means new products; services or confidential information can be discussed more freely than at many modern venues.

There are four highly individual rooms available for conferences. The William Morris Room caters for a larger delegation with seating for 50 theatre style, 22 boardroom, 16 u-shape, and 24 cabaret style.

The panelled restaurant can also be available on occasions set out to cabaret style presentations where the level of audience participation is at a minimum. Seating 46, this room is perfect for splitting delegates into small discussion groups and project research teams.

The Cwm Dining Room and Shropshire Lounge provide excellent boardroom facilities seating 12 and 10 delegates respectively.
