Wedding Breakfst Menu:

Below is currently a sample menu. We are working on a new wedding package and will be uploaded by 31st October 2010. In the mean time please contact the hotel for more information and to add your name to the list so we can post a new package out when they are printed.

A set menu is to be chosen for all guests. If a choice menu is preferable a supplement per person is charged.

• Chefs home-made soup, served with a fresh bread roll:
  Cream of Leek and Potato
  Tomato and Basil
  Cream of Stilton
  Carrot and Coriander
  Cream of Mushroom
  Vegetable
  French Onion

• Fresh Assiette of Melon served with a berry salad, drizzled with a madori dressing

• Smoked Salmon and Prawn Lillies, on a bed of lettuce with a marie rose dressing

• Home-made Cream of Stilton Pate, served with a dressed salad and chutney's

• Smoked Salmon and Prawn Lillies, on a bed of lettuce with a marie rose dressing

• Chicken Liver Pate with cointreau and orange served on a bed of seasonal leaves.

• Stuffed Flat Mushroom with leeks and brie, wrapped in bacon and served on a bed of dressed leaves
