Wedding Breakfst Menu:

Below is currently a sample menu. We are working on a new wedding package and will be uploaded by 31st October 2010. In the mean time please contact the hotel for more information and to add your name to the list so we can post a new package out when they are printed.

A set menu is to be chosen for all guests. If a choice menu is preferable a supplement per person is charged.

Deserts
Please choose Three of the following:

  • Fresh Fruit Pavlova served with fruit coulis and fresh cream
  • Profiteroles with a dark chocolate sauce served with fresh cream
  • Traditional Hot Apple Pie served with creamy custard
  • Bread and Butter Pudding served with creamy custard
  • Baileys Cheesecake served with fresh cream
  • Tiramisu (Italian Trifle) served with fresh cream
  • Sherry and Raspberry Trifle served with fresh cream
  • Fresh Fruit Salad
  • Lemon Meringue Roulade served with fresh cream
  • Sticky Toffee pudding with a toffee sauce
  • Apple and Toffee Broiche Pudding served with creamy custard
  • Chocolate Sponge Pudding served with chocolate sauce
    and vanilla ice cream

Followed by Welsh cheese board to include a selection of cheeses, served with celery and biscuits

Followed by fresh Coffee and Mints

Children 3-10 years (Children 2 or below will not be charged

  • Apple and Toffee Broiche Pudding served with creamy custard
  • Chocolate Sponge Pudding served with chocolate sauce
