Below is currently a sample menu. We are working on a new wedding package and will be uploaded by 31st October 2010. In the mean time please contact the hotel for more information and to add your name to the list so we can post a new package out when they are printed.

- Whole Fresh Salmon poached and dressed with fresh herbs and cucumber

Bacon and Parmesan, Coleslaw, Green Salad, Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella, Pasta and Greek Salad (v)
