Silver Package:

Below is currently a sample menu. We are working on a new wedding package and will be uploaded by 31st October 2010. In the mean time please contact the hotel for more information and to add your name to the list so we can post a new package out when they are printed.

Starters

• Half fresh Melon Crown filled with fresh fruit served with sorbet

• Home-made leek and potato soup served with fresh bread

Main Courses

• Roast Turkey served with wrapped chipolata sausage, home-made stuffing and cranberry sauce

• Roast Topside of Beef served with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce

• Vegetarian Option

All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Deserts

• Baileys Cheesecake served with fresh cream

• Dark Chocolate and Walnut Tart served with creamy vanilla ice cream

• Brandy Snap Basket filled with fresh fruit, coulis and cream

Freshly Ground Coffee and Mints

Drinks

• A glass of Cava Royale served on arrival / after ceremony

• Glass of house red or white wine with meal

• Glass of Sparkling Wine for toast
